Some parts impressed, others didn’t.
The location was great for our needs! The amenities were nice—comfortable beds, pool, and a refrigerator made our stay enjoyable.
The overall cleanliness was disappointing. we found hairs in the bathroom and faced issues with the breakfast costing too much.

the room was clean, but it did have those horrible flat pillows that ruined my beauty sleep, and I couldn't believe the deadbolt on the door didn't even work. as a bonus, I expected to be treated like royalty, but it seems my request for a complimentary upgrade fell on deaf ears. just couldn't leave a good review after that.

Housekeeping could use stricter standards!!! Noise levels from thin walls might disrupt sleep!!! Check-in miscommunication created unnecessary delays!!!

The beautifully decorated hotel was a great base for our family trip. A highlight was enjoying the local water adventures like kayaking nearby, keeping the whole family entertained. Spacious rooms made it comfortable for both me and my adult children.

The beautifully decorated space caught my attention immediately, and I appreciated the comfortable queen room, which offered a nice size for our family. Breakfast was particularly noteworthy, featuring a delicious variety that kept everyone satisfied. However, check-in was somewhat disorganized, leading to frustration, and parking posed challenges that detracted from the experience. Overall, despite a few setbacks, the stay had its highlights.
